LigonierWEB.com is a division of Wilkins Services, a Ligonier, Pennsylvania based company deeply involved in providing internet services throughout the country. Wilkins Services is headed by Ligonier native and current resident, Todd Wilkins.

We've been building web sites in the Ligonier area for over a decade. Every site is a custom creation. We don't use pre-built templates. We help you come up with a look that reflects the personality of your business or organization.

The sites we build are designed to be easily updated by your or your staff from any internet-connected computer through our easy-to-use SiteTools panel. You can change text and upload pictures to the areas you change most often without having to know anything at all about building web sites!

Another division of Wilkins Services is Laurel DSL. If you are interested in DSL service, you can go to the LaurelDSL web site and check your address with our convenient pre-qualifier. This will tell you if DSL is available at your address and, if it is, the site will then show you the DSL service plans we have available for you. We offer the same DSL as Verizon, but with local service and support. If you are one of our dial-up customers that now qualifies for Verizon DSL, we have special offers for you!
