Welcome Laurel Web Dial-up Customers We are now fully operational! Laurelweb's phone lines are no longer active! We have finished entering everyone's user names & passwords into our system. You can connect to our service NOW :) Note: We have only created one email address for each username. If you had more than one email address before, use the Member Account Login at the top of this page. Log in using your full, main email address and password. You will then be able to select "Add New Email Addresses" from the drop down menu. Push the "Load Module" button and create your additional email addresses to a maximum of 5 per account. To see how to change your dialer, go to our settings page. You can also download our "Dial-up Connection Wizard" from the Support page to set all of your dialer and email settings. Billing Changes: One of the most notable billing changes will be that all Annual, Semi-Annual & Quarterly account's due date will be the 15th of the month your services come due for renewal. Currently, the renewal dates are on the anniversary of the day you signed up for service with Laurelweb. All of our annual, semi-annual and quarterly renewals will be due by the 15th of the renewal month. Depending how you choose to pay, you will be invoiced by regular mail or your credit card will be charged automatically. You can also pay online with a credit card. Monthly credit card customers will be charged automatically on the 25th. Pay by credit card every month: Your April billing was handled by Laurel Web. Before your next monthly billing, we will have entered your credit card information into our billing system at LigonierWEB. You will be able to log onto our system beginning Monday afternoon, May 28th. See how to change your settings here. Monthly service is available through automatic credit card billing only. Pay by check or credit card QUARTERLY, SEMI-ANNUALLY or ANNUALLY: If the renewal date for your quarterly or semi-annual subscription is in April, you will be billed by Laurel web. Due dates from May on will be billed by Ligonierweb. Annual subscriptions due in April and beyond will be billed by Ligonierweb. If you were a Laurel Web dial-up customer, your account has been transferred to our system here at LigonierWEB. Laurel Web ended their dial-up operations on May 1st, 2008. We have agreed to take over their existing accounts and honor their service contracts with you. We will provide your high quality dial-up and email service. Your existing Laurel Web email will continue to operate until further notice.
